Jarvis - What is Artificial intelligence (AI)?

Hello friends as you know the Jarvis of Iron Man. This is an example of Artificial intelligence (AI). Many people think that the Jarvis is an imaginary thing but they are wrong! Let's read about the Artificial intelligence, so you can also understand the working of JARVIS.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is intelligence exhibited by machines. By which you can talk to your mobile, computer, laptop, cars etc. So,  by using Artificial intelligence (AI), you can command to do a specific work.

Some of the programs our currently running and using by us, nowadays...  For example, Apple's Siri, Microsoft Cortana, and Google Assistant, are the examples of Artificial intelligence.

HOW DOES JARVIS WORK?

Jarvis, like other AI, learns the user’s behaviour and habits to perform the tasks. To give commands to Jarvis to do work, you can either speak or text to it.

In computer science, the field of artificial intelligence is known as "Intelligent Agents". The term Artificial intelligence is derived from the machine learning, in which that machine or device which is capable of learning, understanding, problem solving and working some specific task or work like a human, by using it's own brain or AI, known as AI. This is also known as "Machine Learning".

As machines become increasingly capable, mental facilities once thought to require intelligence are removed from the definition. Capabilities currently classified as AI include successfully understanding human speech, playing Chess or GO or some other high level thinking games, self-problem solving, self-driving car and interpreting complex data.

[1]AI research is divided into subfields that focus on specific problems or on specific approaches or on the use of a particular tool or towards satisfying particular applications.

The central problems (or goals) of AI research include reasoning, knowledge, planning, learning, natural language processing (communication), perception and the ability to move and manipulate objects. General intelligence is among the field's long-term goals. Approaches include statistical methods, computational intelligence, and traditional symbolic AI. Many tools are used in AI, including versions of search and mathematical optimization, logic, methods based on probability and economics. The AI field draws upon computer science, mathematics, psychology, linguistics, philosophy, neuroscience and artificial psychology.

The overall goal for the AI is to make the computer capable of doing the following things:

• Reasoning, problem solving
• Knowledge representation
• Planning
• Learning
• Natural language processing
• Perception
• Motion and manipulation
• Social Intelligence
• General intelligence
• Creativity

HOW IT HELP?

AI can help human in many ways and in many departments let's see...

• AI in Healthcare: Companies are applying machine learning to make better and faster diagnoses than humans. One of the most famous technology was IBM WATSON. WATSON understands the natural language and capable to reply the answers is the questions.
• AI in Education: Artificial intelligence help the student to perform better because AI doesn't take much time to give answers and never tired. It also improve the quality of education.
• AI in Finance: AI applied to personal finance applications, such as Mint or Turbo Tax, is upending financial institutions. Again the IBM WATSON was the popular AI in this field also.
• AI in Law: The discovery process, sifting through of documents, in law is often overwhelming for humans. AI also store all the laws better than the humans.
• AI in Automobiles: As we know that the AI is currently using in automobiles companies in a huge number. And we say that, AI is the only reason for the continuous growth of these companies.
• AI in Infinite: When the AI will become the smartest then AI will used in infinite places...

PARTNERSHIP IN AI

Amazon, Google, Facebook, IBM, and Microsoft have established a non-profit partnership to formulate best practices on artificial intelligence technologies. Apple joined other tech companies as a founding member of the Partnership on AI in January 2017.
